Mom and Dad are right—the best gifts are the ones you make yourself. But a little expert help never hurts!

You won’t find a pile of popsicle sticks and construction paper at our holiday workshops. These are the kind of projects you’ll actually want to take home—and last year, they were so popular that some families came back day after day to make something new.

We’re not exaggerating. The workshops were such a hit that they practically knocked our Christmas stockings off! Even our volunteers found themselves sneaking away during breaks to make a few special creations of their own to tuck under the tree on Christmas morning.

What’s Planned for 2026?

We’re bringing the workshops back with a whole new lineup of holiday crafting fun! This year, we’ll be hosting live workshops at Camp Grisdale and at off-site locations throughout the community.

Our wonderful volunteer crafters are once again sharing their time and talents to offer a variety of fun, free, and family-friendly workshops, along with a few special projects that will require registration and a small fee.

So come ready to get creative, make something wonderful, and maybe—just maybe—take home a gift that someone will treasure a little more because you made it yourself.
