Host a Night at the Christmastown Tree Maze! ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ„

$50.00

One of our favorite Christmastown traditions is the Guinness Record Tribute Tree Maze at Camp Grisdaleโ€”and we love giving local nonprofits the opportunity to be part of it!

Want to be part of Christmastown?

Each December, the Christmastown Tree Maze at Camp Grisdale comes aliveโ€”and we're inviting local nonprofits to host an evening in the maze! It's a fun, easy way to get your organization in front of families, friends and visitors while helping make one of Christmastown's favorite traditions happen.

What Does โ€œHost a Nightโ€ Mean?

Your organization chooses an available evening and becomes the host of the Tree Maze. You'll help welcome guests, add some personality to the evening, and make the maze your own. You can decorate your area, share information about your organization, hand out goodies, run a simple activity or fundraiser, and most importantlyโ€”help make it a memorable night for everyone who comes through the maze.

Think of it as your night at Christmastown!

๐ŸŽ… What We Provide

We'll provide the Tree Maze, the Christmas magic and the basic framework for the evening including fire pits, a covered area with power and two Grosdale cabins to vend from..

Your organization provides the people and the personality (and the propane!).

You'll receive:

  • ๐ŸŽ„ A designated night to host the maze

  • ๐ŸŽ The opportunity to decorate and personalize your area

  • ๐Ÿ“ฃ Space to promote your organization

  • โค๏ธ The chance to connect with the community

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ The option to conduct a simple fundraiser or accept donations

  • โœจ A fun, festive evening your volunteers can enjoy together

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ And Yesโ€ฆ We Need Your Help!

The Tree Maze takes a village!

Host organizations are asked to provide volunteers to help with:

SETUP โ€” Help us get the maze ready before the season begins (November 28-December 3).

YOUR NIGHT โ€” Bring enough volunteers to welcome guests and help operate the maze during your scheduled evening. You will be required to clean up after your evening and remove all the garbage from event area and maze.

TEAR-DOWN โ€” Help us take everything down when the season is over. (January 3-7)

We're asking everyone who hosts a night to pitch in on the beginning and end of the season so the work doesn't fall on just a handful of people.

๐ŸŽ„ A Refundable Deposit

There is a refundable host deposit of $50 to reserve your night.

The deposit will be returned once your organization has completed its setup, hosting and teardown commitments.

It's simply our way of making sure that when you claim a night, we can count on you to be there!

๐ŸŒŸ Pick Your Night. Bring Your People. Make It Yours.

Choose a night. Gather your volunteers. Put on your Santa hats.

Then come out and host Christmastown 2026!

It's a great opportunity to introduce people to your organization, raise a little money, recruit volunteersโ€”or simply have a ridiculously fun night together.

The maze is ours to build. The night is yours to host. The Christmastown spirit belongs to everyone.
